Handcrafted, yet innovative, these are the delicatessen products from the world of Schirnhofer. Karl Schirnhofer's father began producing sausage products in 1950. One of the first types of sausage was Braunschweiger, which is still made today according to a traditional recipe.
Our “pleasure range” offers something for every taste
Today, our technically excellent employees produce around 650 different products. During production, we attach importance to both ecological and social requirements, because without these, enjoyment would not be compatible with a clear conscience. Our finest food is an expression of our responsible treatment of people, animals and nature.
